Dave Gorman

Certified Business Broker

Dave Gorman is a Principal Broker and a Certified Business Broker with Capital Business Advisors. He has over 30 years of experience in sales, management, and business ownership, and has represented a wide range of businesses across Indiana since entering the industry in 2004.

He began his career at Indiana Farm Bureau, where he was a top-performing sales agent. In 1999, he founded Union Trust Mortgage and successfully built a team of loan officers and administrative staff. This experience gave him valuable financial insight and a strong understanding of deal structures. In 2004, Dave transitioned into business brokerage, where he has continued to practice ever since.

In 2025, Dave launched Capital Business Advisors. Since then, he has helped clients complete successful transactions across various fields, including manufacturing, distribution, and the service industry.

Dave studied Business Management at Indiana State University and became a Certified Business Broker in 2010.
