Dave Gorman is a Principal Broker and a Certified Business Broker with Capital Business Advisors, where he has guided a wide range of business owners through exit planning across Indiana since 2004. With more than 30 years of experience in sales, business management, and ownership, Dave brings deep practical insight and financial expertise to every client engagement.

As a former business owner himself, Dave understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with building, operating, and ultimately selling a company. His clients appreciate his straightforward communication, market expertise, and unwavering commitment to achieving successful outcomes with professionalism and integrity.

Dave began his career with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, where he quickly distinguished himself as the top sales representative across the agency. In 1999, he founded Union Trust Mortgage, successfully managing a team of loan officers and administrative staff as a highly touted mortgage broker. His background as a business owner gives him a deep understanding of the financial and operational complexities that entrepreneurs face – an expertise he now applies to helping clients navigate business mergers and acquisitions. 

Throughout his career at Capital Business Advisors, Dave has successfully guided clients through transactions in industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and professional services.
